Responses to Common Issues

The table below offers a resource with past responses to commonly reported user issues. Click the ‘+ New entry’ button to enter a new response, or select an entry and use the ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ buttons to alter or remove it.

Tags should describe particular areas or themes relating to the response being captured, to help other Support team members review and re-use relevant responses.
