Background:

The Strategy Bureau is a boutique strategy consultancy focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses grow while supporting social and environmental improvements. We bring together a network of consultants from a variety of backgrounds to meet the specific needs of each project. Our work ranges from market analysis, business planning, and financial analysis to organizational development and training, project management and project evaluation. We work with clients based on our skills, not our geography. Our small team supports clients from Illinois to India. We apply cross-sector experiences to help clients think outside the box, while digging deep to analyse the nuances and complexities of each industry. We have a passion for helping businesses harness their full potential while supporting the people and protecting the environment around them. For this project, The Strategy Bureau will be joined by the specialists of AeresTech (formerly PTC+). AeresTech is a modern practical training provider in the Netherlands. It runs a specialized and fully equipped training centre, delivering expertise and Technical and Vocational Training and Education (TVET) in the fields of plant growth, animal husbandry, agricultural and horticultural technology an agricultural mechanization. It has trained thousands of students and mid-career professionals from all over the world for more than 50 years, and has international experience in capacity building in training approaches in, inter alia, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, India and China.
