SLP User Feedback – Follow Up

This form records how satisfied our users are with our responses to their feedback, and any additional feedback they have on what we’re doing well, what we can do better at, and any ideas or suggestions for changes that would improve your experience of the site.

Your data will be used for internal monitoring and improvement of the platform, and will never be published. It should take between 2 and 10 minutes to fill out, depending on how much feedback you have to give.
